Will I get a tracking number?

Flat mailers will get a Chitchats confirmation. Once the letter is handed over to USPS, there will be no tracking. If you want your stickers fully tracked, I would suggest sending me an email about tracking or combining your purchase with a parcel item (shirt, panties, hoodie, pouch, etc.)

All parcel items include free tracking with UPS or USPS. If you are international, it should be with UPS or Ascendia.

How long does it take to process my order?

It usually takes 1 week after the store closes to pack all orders. If the amount of orders is greater than 500 then it will take 2 weeks at most. I am a 1 person team, but I am trying my best to get things out in a timely manner!

How long will my order take to arrive once it has been shipped?

Within Canada: 3-9 days

USA: 4 days to 2 weeks depending on local USPS

International: 7-25 days

Though I do not think these are 100% accurate. I would give it  2-4 weeks to arrive.

How often do you ship?

Right now it's 1-2 times a month. We only ship in cycles since they come to pick up the orders.

My stickers haven’t arrived yet and it’s been 4 weeks!

There was a mistake with the order

Please contact me with your order # and a photograph of what was in the package and I'll do my best to rectify the situation. Sometimes incorrect packages get sent out or something is missing. Please let me know ASAP. My goal is to make you guys happy with your purchase.

Canadian Flatmailer orders are temporarily suspended.
